He and his father both worked on HAARP in Alaska and on C6 at Eglin AFB in Florida years ago. As a result, whenever HAARP ramps up, he has a seizure. The night of Japan's earthquake, Billy experienced 4 seizures and was hospitalized March 11-15, 2011.
