Shark vrs. Man, Panama City , Fla,

For those who are not aware, Cathy's daughter (Linda) videoed a shark and a man basking  in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach Pier, Fla.  It has  been seen on all the major  tv networks this week:
